Just told someone today about the story of my daddy, John Franklin, getting his false teeth from the Univ. of Tennessee and what a difficult time we were having getting him an appointment. I called Robert and within 1 hour, John had his appointment and had his new teeth within a few weeks. Everyone who knew Robert loved him. There is truly a celebration with family and friends going on in heaven today.
