Condolence From: Gráinne Quinn
Condolence: My deepest condolences to Val, Beth, John, Jeanne and Barbara on the death of your beautiful mother. My heart is filled with huge sadness but also with great memories to cherish. I feel extremely lucky to have meet such a fantastic lady during the summer of 1996 when we moved into her house in Wells. We spent many an evening sitting outside on the front porch with Mr & Mrs C singing Irish songs. I continued to travel from Co Cork in Ireland to spend another 3 summers in Maine, the summer of 1998 being the last with your dear father. He would have been proud to see Mrs C continue to get on and live her life for the next 20 years. Our trans Atlantic phone calls were filled with very proud conversations of her five amazing children, her 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Her interest in all of our lives never ceased. Her humor and fun filled character was a joy to hear. I will miss the phone calls and all the updates that we shared. Her wise words of wisdom, her listening ear, her recollection of funny stories, her sheer joy at all your family events. In her own words “ a very lucky woman to have had such a wonderful family who loved and cared so much for her”. May she Rest In Peace, Gráinne Quinn, Co Cork, Ireland

Condolence From: Larry and Judy Chisholm
Condolence: We were so sorry to hear about the death of your beloved mother and grandmother. She was such a sweet lady who was always happy to see everyone and hear news about their families. She enjoyed life right to the ripe old age of 90 and left behind the legacy of such a large and wonderful family.

God has his arms opened wide for Chris welcoming her home. May she rest in peace and know the joy of being with Johnny again.

Condolence: My heart is broken for you all. Chrissy was my Betty White a woman with so much love and energy that she had to pass it around to everyone. She always had a smile and a kind word. The world is a little darker with her passing. She will be missed.

Condolence From: Margo Simmons
Condolence: Please accept my sincere condolences for your recent loss. My heart goes out to you and your family. I have always received comfort from the Bibles’ word at Philippians 4:7 which reads “and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your heart and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus”.
I hope you can receive comfort from these words as well. Margo Simmons
