He was such an intellectual, who was very professional, and always kind and generous with his knowledge and time. Just told someone today about the story of my daddy, John Franklin, getting his false teeth from the Univ. of Tennessee and what a difficult time we were having getting him an appointment. I called Robert and within 1 hour, John had his appointment and had his new teeth within a few weeks. Everyone who knew Robert loved him. There is truly a celebration with family and friends going on in heaven today.
